1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not hold official criminal records, submit filings, retrieve case documents, or perform official checks.

Its content identifies the Arlington County Police Department, Sheriff's Office, Virginia courts, Virginia Department of State Police, and Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry as the relevant official custodians. Some pages also provide access to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information reached here may not be used to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Virginia law applies special restrictions to the Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. Under Va. Code §9.1-918, misuse of registry information may be a crime. The registry supports public safety awareness, not vigilantism or prohibited discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A check for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come from a lawful, compliant source. The search tools on this site are not offered for that use.

Site content is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how a Virginia charge, warrant, conviction, sealing rule, or expungement statute applies to one person. Consult a licensed Virginia attorney for advice.
